The Qatar GCC Resident eVisa is intended for eligible residents of Gulf Cooperation Council countries travelling to Qatar. Qatar’s Ministry of Interior states that GCC residents can obtain an entry visa when arriving at the country’s entry points, provided they meet the relevant conditions. The applicant’s profession must be among the approved professions, and both the GCC residence permit and passport should generally have at least six months’ validity. The visa is issued for one month and can be extended for up to three additional months. The current listed fee is QAR 100, with QAR 100 charged for each month of extension. Travellers should check the approved-profession list and current conditions before travelling, as simply holding a GCC residence permit does not automatically guarantee eligibility.
