The Uganda Conference eVisa is useful for eligible travellers coming to Uganda to attend a conference, meeting, seminar, or other professional event. Business and conference travellers may need an invitation letter from the organisation hosting the event, clearly explaining the purpose of the visit and providing contact details. You should also have a valid passport and recent passport-size photograph. Before submitting your application, check that the event dates match the information in your supporting documents. Applying early is particularly sensible when your conference has a fixed starting date. Keep your invitation letter and approval letter with you when travelling, as officials may ask about the reason for your visit.
